Terms of use

1. Who we are and what accepting means

jig is made by Ködel Dynamics, CNPJ 23.808.304/0001-85, of Indaiatuba, São Paulo, Brazil. By using the app or the team service, you accept these terms and the privacy policy. There is one contact: jig@kodel.com.br.

2. What jig is

jig is an app that runs on your computer, free for one person. To work in a team, there is the team service, hosted by us and charged per person per month; during the pilot, there is no charge. The prices are published here before any charge.

3. Your agents and your accounts

jig runs the AI tools you already have, like a terminal runs them. You are the one who chooses them, pays for them, sets them up and accepts their terms. The repository and the Git credentials are yours. The agent only prepares: every commit, merge and pull request is a person’s click.

4. Your content

The code and the documents stay in your repositories. What your team puts in the service belongs to it, and we use it only to run the service.

5. What is not allowed

• trying to access someone else’s team or account;
• disrupting the service;
• using jig or the service against the law.

6. Availability

We do not guarantee a minimum time online. The app keeps working without the service: what belongs to your machine goes on, and what belongs to the team comes back when the connection does. Changes to the service and its end are announced beforehand.

7. Liability

The service is offered as it is, and we answer for it within the limits of the law. Nothing in these terms takes away your rights as a consumer.

8. Ending

You stop whenever you want and ask for the account to be deleted as the privacy policy says. An account that breaks these terms may be suspended.

9. Law and jurisdiction

These terms follow Brazilian law. The jurisdiction is that of Indaiatuba, São Paulo, except for that of your home when you are a consumer.

10. Changes

When these terms change, they change before the change takes effect, with the new date at the top.
